Die 32m² große Wohnung liegt zentral auf der Alexanderstraße (3. OG. mit Aufzug) Nähe Eurogress und Bushof. Obwohl es nur eine 1-Zimmerwohnung ist, bietet sie durch die zwei Nischen eine gute Einteilung von Wohnbereich und Koch- bzw. Schlafbereich. In den Nebenkosten ist der Strom NICHT enthalten. Zur Zeit zahle ich um die 15€.
Bitte gebt kurz an, ob ihr einige Möbel und Geräte gegen einen Abschlag übernehmen würdet (E-Herd mit Backofen, Oberschränke in der Küche, Kühlschrank (1 Jahr alt), Unterschrank im Bad, weißes Ikea Regal/EXPEDIT).
