I am looking for a nachmieter of my room.
The apartment looks not luxurious from outside, but quite clean and still in ok condition inside ( I meant with respect to students :) ).
It costs only 168€ monthly (warm): where already includes neben kosten, water, and 20€ electricity. ( If you use more than 20€ electricity, you would pay for the exceed amount). The bad room is shared with 3 people,and WC is shared with 2 people.
Internet: You can ask for sharing with other members
I have been living in this apartment for almost 4 years since the time I studied master. Some comments I have as followings:
Good things:
+ the cost of the room is cheap
+ The apartment is in a convenient location: 3 mins walking to Westbanhof, bus stops (Nr. 33, 3A, 3B, 7,...) which directly connects to bushof, main stations.
+ Close to the RWTH main building
+ This is the WG with 5 rooms, nevertheless you can have your own life. There are 2 PhD students (couple), 1 Postdoc, 1 bachelor student, and a gentlemen living in the apartment. They are all very nice neighbors! A clean lady comes every Saturday and she is also very nice and friendly!
Bad thing:
- The only bad thing is quite much noise coming from traffic and traveling trains. Nevertheless, if you close the window, it would be fine. But if you are the one who loves complete quietness, this is not the right choice!
