Die Haltestelle Kastanienweg ist gleich um die Ecke, der Bus fährt Dich in 6 Minuten zum Audimax, in 11 Minuten zur Uniklinik.
Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht über Aachen und den Lousberg.
Zum Joggen sind es nur 700 m und man ist bei Seffent im Wald.
