Sehr gepflegt, mit Kellerabteil und teilüberdachtem Fahrradstellplatz im Innenhof. Kleiner Balkon, Kochnische, Bad. Insgesamt etwa 20 qm.
Der Vermieter ist weltspitze: hilfsbereit, ordentlich und zuverlässig.
Und das alles gibt es für unschlagbare 225€ Warmmiete plus Strom (ca. 20€ im Monat)
Die Wohnung ist zwar wirklich mini, aber funktioniert einfach gut, besonders wenn man das eine oder andere Wochenende nicht in Aachen verbringt oder ohnehin ständig in der Uni hängt.
Parkplatz ist leider nicht dabei (Anwohnerparken schon), aber die Q-Park-Tiefgarage ist direkt um die Ecke (die haben auch vergünstigte Anwohnertarife).
