Die Wohnung liegt in der Sandkaulstraße, die stadteinwärts direkt zum Bushof führt, von dem ihr in Aachen alles erreichen könnt (zu Fuß ca. 5 min, von da ca. 15 min mit dem Bus); stadtauswärts am Gewerbegebiet und dem Tivoli vorbei, direkt zur Autobahn.

Unten im Haus gibt es einen Obst- und Gemüseladen, der euch auch mit Brot, Konserven und Getränken versorgen kann. Im Nachbarhaus gibt es eine griechische Imbissbude, die auch am Wochenende geöffnet ist. Direkt gegenüber ist das Szenelokal "Zuhause" (findet man auch bei Facebook), in dem immer was los ist, was man in der Wohnung aber nicht hört. Es gibt dort Getränke, Spiele und Fußball- oder Tatort-Liveübertragungen. Am Ende der Straße gibt es auch noch eine Pizzabude.

Nur 3 Minuten dauert es bis zu den Ringlinien 3 und 13 am Eurogress, wo es auch einen großen Park gibt. Die nächsten Geschäfte sind der Netto am Bushof (ca. 5-6 min) und ein REWE am Pontdriesch (ebenfalls 5-6 min). Direkt hinter dem Pontdriesch liegt die Pontstraße, mit einer großen Auswahl an Gastronomie, Discos und Kneipen. Kaum 2 min weiter seid ihr auch schon am Hauptcampus angekommen.

Am besten schaut ihr euch die Lage bei Google Maps an und sucht die Räume, in denen ihr Vorlesungen habt, bei Fragen helfe ich auch gern.

The flat is seated in the Sandkaulstraße. It leads directly to the central bus station, where you are connected to every point in Aachen ( 5 min to central bus station, max. 15 min to anywhere else by bus). On the other hand it leads to the motorway, passing the Tivoli, the football stadium in Aachen.

On the ground floor of the house there is a grocery, also offering bread, tinned food or beverages. Next to it is a greek restaurant, even open on weekends. On the other side of the street is the "Zuhause", a bar with a lot of young people visiting - however you will not hear them inside the flat. They sell drinks and broadcast football and german tv sometimes. At the end of the street there is also a pizza shop.

You need only 3 minutes to the buses 3 and 13 at the "Eurogress", which has a great park next to it. The nearest stores are "Netto" at the central bus station (5-6 min) and "REWE" at the "Pontdriesch" (also 5-6 min). Behind the Pontdriesch there is the "Pontstraße", offering lots of bars, discos and gastronomy. Only 2 min more and you have reached the central campus of RWTH Aachen University.

Bitte beachten, dass die Wohnung nur möbliert vergeben wird, von Ende September bis Ende Februar. Falls ihr schon Ende Januar raus wollt, ginge das auch.Die Wohnung wird an den ersten vergeben, der die Bedinungen akzeptiert.
Als Untermieter zahlt ihr die Miete als Gesamtbetrag an mich, eine Monatsmiete bitte als Sicherheit vorab als Kaution.

Please keep in mind that the flat is only rented furnished! It is available from the end of september until the end of january or february. It will be given to the first one to agree to the conditions.
