Es wird eine zentral gelegene Wohnung frei also aufgepasst:
Die Wohnung ist 30 qm groß und liegt zum Hinterhof raus. Das Zimmer hat eine große Fensterfront, die ausreichend Licht bietet.
Ein kleiner Flur leitet zum bad und zum Zimmer weiter.
Vom Zimmer aus geht eine kleine gebrauchte Küche ab, die für 200€ VB drin bleibt. In dem Preis ist eine neue Arbeitsplatte (1 Jahr alt), eine Abzugshaube und ein Kühlschrank (steht im Zimmer) beinhaltet.
Die Wohnung wird mit einer Nachtspeicherheizung geheizt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral direkt am Anfang vom Adalbertsteinweg. Man findet alles was man braucht, wie Ärzte Sparkasse, Netto etc um die Ecke. Die Innenstadt ist in 7 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Bushaltestellen sind in allen Richtungen in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Internetanschluss und Telefon-Flat können gerne übernommen werden.
Die Nebenkosten berechnen sich somit aus dem Strom (109€) und dem Internet-Telefonanschluss (20€).
