The apartment is nice and cosy because the building is old but the owner has done a big effort to keep it.
It is located on the fourth floor and has a big main room, an attic, the bathroom and a room for the kitchen. The main room has in the middle a beautiful home chimney which is ready to use. The attic has carpet and you can place your bed over there and besides there is a small storage room. The bathroom is small but has everything you would need. The kitchen has good space and everything ready to be used even it has two fridges. Between the main room and the kitchen, there is a corridor with a big closet to hang clothing and leave shoes.
Since the flat is on the last level, you have a beautiful view of the neighbourhood, part of the city and Kennedy park.
The internet and phone connection are ready to be activated so you won't need further installations. The flat has its independent heating system which works with water and gas, so you can control the temperature as you like. The same system provides the hot water for the bathroom. The flat counts with two pairs of keys to get in.
In addition to the private area, you will have a shared garden with a chimney where you might want to do a BBQ, the basement where the washing machine is and another storage room where you might leave a bicycle safe.
Minimum contract - three (3) months.
The flat is located in a good part of the city. It has one bus station at 10 meters from the building's door and Rothe Erde train station at 10 minutes walking. The bus station has a high frequency service for three different routes which are the 2, 12 and 22. In addition, just at 5 mins walking, you are at Elsassstr. bus station which has many other routes.
You will find shops pretty close to the flat. At just one block, you have Elsassstr.'s shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, pubs and others. At three blocks, you have two shopping centers. One of them has Aldi, Edeka and Liquor store and the another has Netto, H&M, etc. Also, you have Lild, Netto and Real a bit further (10mins walking). On simple words, you have a variety of stores and shops at less than 10 mins walking.
There is some equipment in the apartment which is part of the deal. The equipment are the following items:
- Complete kitchen with two fridges, electric stove, oven, plates, cutlery and others.
- Two dinner tables, one in wood and another in steel with glass.
- A comfortable big sofa and a chair.
- A single mattress with lining, pillows and a donna.
- A closet for clothing, five drawers, a desktop table,
- Lights and four lamps.
- TV with its table and another table.
- Washing machine.
