Da ich nur bis Mitte August weg bin, überlasse ich es vollmöbliert: Bett(140x200), Kleiderschrank, 3 Regale, Schreibtisch, Esstisch+4 Stühle, Couch. Die Ausstattung der Küche bleibt natürlich auch.

In der angegebenen Miete von 362€ sind sämtliche Nebenkosten (Heizung, Wasser, Strom), der Internetzugang sowie GEZ-Gebühr enthalten. Die Kaution beträgt 400€.
The apartment size is 26 square meters, it has a laminate flooring and lies between RWTH Aachen University and the marketplace of Aachen. There are mainly students living in the house. As I am out of town until middle of August, my room will stay fully furnished: Bed(140x200), wardrobe, 3 bookshelfs, desk, dinner table+4 chairs, couch. The kitchen equipment remains of course.
Kitchen: Small oven, stove, fridge
Bathroom: WC, shower.
There is also a storeroom for bycicles.
The monthly rent will be 362€ which include heating, water, power, internet and GEZ fee
The deposit will be 400€.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Sie liegt direkt zwischen Univiertel und Markt in einer Fußgängerzone. Da das Zimmer zu einem Innenhof zeigt, ist es sehr ruhig. Bushaltestelle der Linie 4 direkt vor dem Haus. Die Haltestellen Elisenbrunnen oder Driescher Gässchen sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.
The location of the apartment is excellent. It is situated near University and marketplace. As the apartment lies toward an inner courtyard, it is very silent. Bus stops, several grocery stores and shopping facilities are within few minutes.
Wenn ein leicht früherer Einzugstermin für Euch besser passt, bin ich flexibel. Ebenso ein leicht späterer Auszugstermin. Wenn Ihr Fragen zur Wohnung habt, stellt sie gerne.
