es handelt sich um eine kleine, sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung im Herzen Aachens: Stromgasse.
Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sehr nah zur Uni, zur Ponte und zum ÖPNV - was will man mehr?
Einach mal anschauen. Lohnt sich.
Bereitschaft zum Streichen muss vorhanden sein. Auch sollte beabsichtigt sein, die Wohnung mehr als ein Jahr anzumieten. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 350,- Euro. Hinzu kommen 72,- Euro an Vorauszahlung für Gas und Strom, wobei ich bisher immer knapp ein Drittel zurückerstattet bekam.
Bewohnerparkausweis kostet 30,- Euro im Jahr.
Die Wohnung kann auch gerne (kostenfrei) vor April übernommen werden.
