Ich suche für meine wunderschöne Wohnung mitten in Aachen einen Nachmieter. Da ich nur noch die Hälfte der Woche in Aachen bin, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer kleineren Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist super aufgeteilt und perfekt geiignet als Singleappartment oder Pärchien-Wohnung. Es handelt sich um eine 45 m2 Wohnung, mit 1 schmalen Gang, 1 Schlaf- Arbeitszimmer, 1 Wohn- und Küchenraum mit Küche drin, 1 Bad welches mit Dusche ausgestattet ist.
Die Lage ist einfach genial!
Unweit vom Lousberg, Ponttor und RWTH Gebäude, alles ist zu Fuss ca. 5 min entfernt. Beim Ponttor gibt es super Bus-Anbindung und der West-Bahnhof ist nur knapp 15 min zu Fuss weit weg.
Von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es REWE City und Netto. Zum Markt sind es ungefähr 10 min zu Fuss.
Die Wohnung könnte möbliert oder teilmöbliert übernommen werden. Die Möbel sind noch in sehr gutem Zustand. Gerne kann die Wohnung auch früher übernommen werden. Falls ihr Interesse habt könnt ihr mir gerne eine Mail schreiben oder mich telefonisch erreichen.
