The apartment is available as soon as possible. Very cheap and permanently available. The kitchenette and shower are adjacent(no wall as shown in the picture). Around 20 sqm the apartment is quite spacious. It is currently undergoing repair which is expected to be done by July. Central heating is available along with a very decent internet connection.

The location is ideal as most shops are available at a distance of less than 50m. The place is quiet and has excellent access to public transport. Almost every bus goes through the nearby bus stops of Augustas Street(100m from the apartment) and Scheiben Street(50m from the apartment). At a distance of around 50m is the Kaiser's supermarket. Plus Parking for bikes is available in the house.
There is a rent hike because of construction work currently going on the normal rent is 190 + 38 = 228. The apartment upgrade can be requested but with the upgrade the price goes up by 60 euros a month. Ideal for a single student or a couple. All are welcome to the offer. If you want to I will leave all of the furniture only for 50 euros. Other things are negotiable.
