The 24 square meter apartment has its own kitchen and a modern bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a modern glass-ceramic electric stove. The apartment has beautiful solid wood flooring. The small balcony has a wonderful view over the city of Aachen. I want to sell all my furniture, lamps an so on to the next tenant.
Die Lage in der Lousbergstraße ist optimal für Studenten. Das Ponttor und die Pontstraße sind etwa 5 Minuten entfernt, dort befindet sich auch eine Bushaltestelle. Rewe und Netto sind ebenfalls in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Eine Packstation der deutschen Post ist auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt, ein Briefkasten ist direkt auf der Straße genauso wie ein Zahnarzt. Zum Audimax/CARL oder zum Super C sind es ca. 7 Minuten. Nur eine Straße weiter ist der Lousberg, der sich perfekt zum Spazierengehen oder Laufen eignet. Den Bahnhof Aachen West erreicht man zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten.
The location in the Lousbergstraße is perfect for students. The Ponttor and the Ponstraße are ca 5 minutes away by foot. There is a bus stop at the Ponttor. You can reach Rewe or Netto within 5 Minutes as well. It takes about 7 minutes to reach either the Audimax/CARL or the Super C. Located one street up is the Lousberg park. It is quite nice for walking or running. The trainstation Aachen West can be reached in roughly 10 minutes as well.
