Der Besitzer wünscht sich entweder Einkommensnachweis (>1000€) bez. eine Bürgschaft der Eltern;

Unfortunately I must leave Aachen for professional reason. I’m now looking for the next tenant. The studio is very pleasant and practical;
Free at the beginning/middle of December; Kaltmiete =220€ + 55€ nebenkosten
The mezzanine and the kitchenette are expected to be bought by the new tenant and cost altogether 300€.
The owner of the place wish to have either salary sheet for workers (>1000€), or a guarentee from the parents for students;
