The room is located in a student residential area. It is fully furnished and the mattresses are in perfect condition. As, the residents of the building are students only, it is suitable for a successful and useful study period. The caretaker resides in this building for any emergency or similar. The campus has its own laundry room and the additional cost for you do not have to pay any extra money for that.

A new cafe will be opening soon on campus. Buses 12,22,23 from Maria lipp road directly near campus, under 10 minutes walk to Forckenbeckstrasse for buses 33,73, 3A and 3B. Mensa Vita only 2 stops away, 5 minute walk from Fraunhofer Institute and the physics Center. Laundry room available with 10 washing machines and 10 dryers, uses free of charge (already included in rent). I am currently looking to subrent from July till August, however there's a possibility of renting for the long term from September onwards upon discussion with the Company.
