Es ist eine kleine, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Möbel können gerne übernommen werden für 800€ komplett oder je nach Wunsch einzeln.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon und ist sehr hell. Das Bad ist klein aber hat alles was man so braucht. Eine kleine Küchenzeile ist auch dabei. Man kommt von hier mit dem Bus (3 min) in die Innenstadt und ist auch innerhalb von 7 min am Hauptbahnhof. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man hört kaum Autos, da die Wohnung hinter einem Verwaltungshaus der Stadt steht. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und nett. Die Wohnung ist ideal zum lernen oder auch ausruhen.
Ab August wird sie frei aber ich würde sie auch früher übergeben.
