Die 17,5m² Wohnung befindet sich im 4.Stock eines Studentenwohnheims mit ruhigen Nachbarn. Vorhanden ist eine Kochnische mit 2 Herdplatten, einem Kühlschrank inklusive Gefrierfach, einem Spülbecken und 4 Küchenschränken. Ferner hat die Wohnung ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Am Hauseingang befindet sich ein Waschsalon, wo Wäsche gewaschen und getrocknet werden kann.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit 100 MBit/s WLAN und 3 weiteren LAN Anschlüssen.
Bettgestell, Kleiderschrank, Küchenschrank und Regal können bei Bedarf kostenlos vom Vermieter gestellt werden.
Für die Wohnung habe ich monatlich insgesamt 370€ bezahlt und die Kaution betrug 600€ (beide könnten bei Einzug leicht abweichen).

The 17,5m² apartment is located in the 4th floor of a studentdorm with quiet neighbours. The kitchenette contains 2 stovetops, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a sink and 4 cupboards. The apartment provides a bathroom with a shower and a WC. A washing salon where you can wash and dry your laundry is located at the entrance of the dorm.
The apartment is equipped with 100 MBit/s Wifi and 3 additional LAN interfaces.
A bedframe, a wardrobe and a shelve can be provided by the landlord for free.
All inclusive I paid 370€ a month with a one-time deposit (bail) of 600€ (both could be slightly different when you move in).

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Bendplatz. Die Haltestelle "Westbahnhof" ist 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, das Bahngleis "Aachen West" 5 Minuten. Innerhalb von 6 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Ponttor, innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Bus in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Netto, Rewe) sind fußläufig innerhalb von 7 Minuten erreichbar.
Für RWTH Studenten ist die Lage sehr optimal.

The apartment is located directly at the Bendplatz. The busstop "Westbahnhof" is 1 minute away by foot, whereas the trainstation "Aachen West" is 5 minutes. Within 6 minutes you can reach Ponttor by foot, within 10 minutes you can reach downtown by bus. Grocery shops (Aldi, Netto, Rewe) are reachable within 7 minutes by foot.
For students of RWTH Aachen University, this location is top notch.
