Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat eine Dachschräge.
Sie ist vollmöbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, kleiner Kleiderschrank) und hat eine relativ große Staufläche insgesamt.
+ Bad mit Dusche und Fenster zur natürlichen Lüftung.
Das große Fenster sorgt für sehr viel Licht.
Miete insgesamt 370€ mit Allem inklusive.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am inneren Ring in Aachen. Bis zur Uni (Super C) sind es ziemlich genau 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, REWE, DM, Müller, Netto - alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Bushaltestelle (Minoritenstraße) ist direkt vor dem Haus. Generell super Lage und die Nachbaren sind auch alle sehr nett.
Heizkosten und Stromkosten usw. sind alle in der Miete enthalten;
Internet leider nicht, aber eventuell kann man sich mit den Nachbaren zusammen tun, wenn man möchte.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. In der Wohnung gibt es auch eine kleine Kochecke.
Eine Waschmaschine gibt es leider nicht.
