Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und Geschäfte wie Edeka, Lidl, netto und kik sind in Laufnähe.
Die Miete beträgt 339 Euro alles inklusive und ist langfristig ab dem 14. Oktober verfügbar (Termine sind flexibel). Die Kaution beträgt 740 Euro. Die Mindestvertragslaufzeit beträgt 6 Monate.
Ich habe zusätzlich eine Mikrowelle, ein Sofa, einen Wifi-Router, einen Schrank, einen Wäschetrockner, einen Spiegel, Lautsprecher und einen Monitor, die ich gerne an den Nachmieter zu einem vernünftigen Preis (90 Euro - verhandelbar) abgebe.
Einzige Voraussetzung für die Vermietung dieser Wohnung ist, dass die Person an der RWTH Aachen studiert. Ich freue mich auf Ihre Nachrichten.

A cozy and studio apartment in student dorm available from October 14th at Haarener gracht 7b, Aachen. The room is fully furnished(Kitchen, Refrigerator (2 qty), Fan, Heater, wardrobe, Chair, bed and mattress). The location has good connection facility for the city centre. the bus stop is just 3 mins by walk and there are stores such as Edeka, Lidl, netto and kik are at the walkable distance.
The rent is 339 euros all inclusive and is available for sublet starting from October 15th October(long term contract possible) . The deposit is 740 euros. minimum duration of contract is 6 months.
i also have additionally got microwave, single seater sofa, Wifi router, Cabinet, Cloth dryer, Mirror, speakers and a monitor, which i am happy to give it to next tenant at a reasonable price(90 euros- Negotiable).
The only precondition for renting this apartment is that person should be studying at RWTH Aachen. Looking forward for your messages.
