The flat is south facing, so you still get a lot of light during the winter months.
The kitchen is equiped with a dishwasher and in the basement is a shared washing machine.

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Ponttor, einer der Hauptbuskonoten in Aachen, und Westbahnhof. Mensa und viele der RWTH Gebäude sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Sämtliche andere Punkte in Aachen meist ohne Umsteigen mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar.
The flat is situated between one of the main busstops in Aachen and a train station, so traveling around the city is really quick, normally without having to transfer. Many things are also within walking distance (e.g. Mensa and many of RWTH buildings)
Campus Melaten: 10 mins (by bus)
RWTH Main building and library 10 mins (walking)
Aachen main station: 10 mins (by train)
Möbel wie Küche, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Bettgestell und Kleinigkeiten wie Putzlappen und Gläser würde ich da lassen. Welche Sachen genau in der Wohnung bleiben und welche ich ausräume sprechen wir dann persönlich ab.
