Warmmiete ist doch 375€.
Ich bin Mehdi Mezzine und ich werde nach Münster umziehen. Der Nachmieter soll ein Student oder eine Studentin sein. Sie können auch am ersten Oktober umziehen aber bin noch nicht sicher. Die Wohnung befindet in Pontdriesch 13 in der Nähe von Rwth Bibliothek. Rewe und Post nur 1 min zu Fuß und ein Haltestelle ist gegenüber die Wohnung. Waschsalon ist auch in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ablösevereinbarung:
The furniture (incl. foldable table,white dresser,white table,two grey shutters,small black table) for 220 euro.
Also, the doublebed for 270 euro which was bought new for 375 from ikea last year (incl. bettgestell, federholzrahmen 140X200cm, schaummatratze). Also oven für 80€ wich was bought new for 170€.
Die Möbel (inkl. Klapptisch, weiße Kommode, weißer Tisch, zwei graue Fensterläden, kleiner schwarzer Tisch) für 220 Euro zu übernehmen.
auch das Doppelbett für 270 euro, das letztes Jahr von Ikea für 375 neu gekauft wurde (inkl. Bettgestell, Federholzrahmen 140x200cm, Schaummatratze).
auch ein Ofen für 80€ letztes Jahr neu gekauft für 170€.
