We would like to find a new tenant for our wonderful cozy apartment in Pontstr. We are moving abroad and have to find someone to take over our lease and furniture.
The apartment is approximately 70 sq. m and it is perfect for either a couple or maybe a young professional that would like to live central. Since we are moving abroad we are looking for someone to take the furniture and most things in the apartment. The apartment is perfect for someone moving to Aachen who doesn't own much and would rather save himself/herself/themselves the trouble of having to go about finding a bed, sofa, appliances, etc.
Overall the apartment is very cozy. The angled roof in the living makes it a really nice place to relax in the evening. The kitchen is very spacious and a table with 7 seats are already available. Also, a dishwasher and a washing machine can be found in the kitchen. The bathroom is pretty large and has a bathtub. Upstairs the bed is very comfortable and shelves have been built into the wall to accommodate a wardrobe or two.
Its location is excellent with REWE and Netto supermarkets within a 5 min walk, as well as two of the main bus stops in Aachen. The windows block out all the noise from the street, yet if you'd like to be in the thick of it you can simply go downstairs and join the party! Since Ponttor and Pontstraße are generally festive you can be sure you'll always have an option for going out to eat or having a drink with your friends nearby.
The total rent is 810 € which consists of 705 € for the apartment + 105 € for Stawag (gas and electricity).
We would like to get 600 € (negotiable) for the furniture, which includes: kitchen table + chairs + shelves+ lamps + sofa + TV+ carpet + bed (complete frame + matress) + build-in wardrobe.
