Currently I am going oversea for 2 months and I would like to rent out nice and spacious Studio Apartment for short term rent available from 15 July to end of September at Aachen central area. The room is fully equipped with queen size bed, table chair and cabinet. It also includes private bathroom and kitchen. The flat is located at Aachen famous Pontstraße and at walking distance to most of the famous places like RWTH, Aachener Doom and shopping mall. The rent is €350+ 50utility bill (Deposit €150). Apartment is located at city centre and located on Ponstrt at 1st Floor and REWE is about 3 mins away from the apartment. Netto is also nearby and able to reach by 7mins walk.

The room is still available as of 21/06/2022 but I am not sure why the ads keep deactivating. 😅
