- In der Nähe vom Campus Melaten und der ganzen Institute, sowie Uniklinik, Ideal für Studenten etc. die dort Arbeiten
- es sind auch weitere Studentenwohnheime in der Nähe.
- Fahrradabstellplatz vor dem Gebäude
- Nur für eine Person bewohnbar

Es gibt einen kleinen Express Supermarkt in der Nähe der in der Regel 7 Tage die Woche bis Mitternacht geöffnet hat.
