Ich suche ab September für 5 Monate für meine kleine aber feine Dachwohnung einen Zwischenmieter während ich im Praktikum bin.
Möbel bleiben drin mein Zeug räume ich größtenteils raus aber Details können wir da gerne besprechen.
Pantryküche funktional aber lädt nicht zum ausgiebigen kochen ein.
Bad: warmes Wasser gut einstellbar, Duschdruck stimmt
Die Wohnung hat KEINE Waschmaschine aber ein Waschsalon ist ca 300m entfernt.

I am looking for someone to sublet my small but lovely apartment to from 1st of September to 31st of January.
I will leave my furniture in the apartment but take my stuff with me.
Kitchen: The apartment has a fully functional pantry kitchen.
Bathroom: The shower has very gradual (i.e. good) warm water adjustment and adequate shower water pressure.
The apartment does not have a washing machine but there is a laundromat 300m away from the apartment.

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Kaiserplatz und dem Hansemannplatz. Zur Uni kommt man zu fuß in ca 20 min und mit Bus oder Fahrrad etwas schneller. 10 min zur Innenstadt
The apartment is located between Kaiserplatz and Hansemanplatz. 10 min to the main shopping area of Aachen. 20 min to uni via foot (faster with bicycle or bus)
In den Nebenkosten sind Strom und Internet enthalten (da beide Verträge weiter über mich laufen). Heizkosten sind in der Miete enthalten.
