A good apartment in Peliserkerstraße near Europaplatz. Well sized apartment with a small kitchen (stove, fridge and two cabinets) and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment is located in the 4th floor, but the building has an elevator. There are 3 washing machines and 2 drying machines in the basement that is possible to use for a few coins. The apartment also has a small storage room in the basement.
The apartment is right in front of Lidl and there are other markets in a walking distance of the building. The bus stop is 200 meter of the place and Rothe Erde train station is just 15 minutes of walk from the apartment. For People that have a car or motorcycle it is possible to rent a parking spot.
The electricity and internet must be payed separated directly to the supplier. I already have a contract with Stawag - € 33,00 per month and O2 - € 16,00 per month, wich I can transfer to the next renter. So the total rent with electricity and Internet should be around € 410,00.
I have an extra mattress I can sell for the new renter.
