Wohnung hat seperaten Zugang mit eigener Treppe und Abstellraum. Eingebauter Schrank im Flur. Halb abgetrennte Einbauküche vorhanden. Hochbett unter der Dachschräge, sodass im Raum viel Platz entsteht da weder Bett noch Schrank aufgestellt werden muss. Fußbodenheizung. 3fachverglasung der Fenster.
Nah an Vaalser Grenze (Läden haben hier auch Sonntags auf). 10 min fußläufig zum Uniklinikum. 1 min fußläufig zur Bushaltestelle Kullen. 3 min fußläufig zum nächsten Supermarkt (HIT).
Du würdest zur Untermiete bei einem netten Ehepaar wohnen. Sie suchen am besten wieder ein relativ langes Mietverhältnis (ich wohne hier seit 3 Jahren). Als Student ist eine Elternbürgschaft notwendig. NAch Absprache kann gerne das Eingebaute Hochbett unter dem Dach sowie die Waschmaschine in dem kleinen Bad übernommen werden. Einbauküche ist ohne Aufpreis mit drin.
