Hallo
I am currently a master student at RWTH Aachen and intend to stay there for next 2 years. I am 29 years Indian guy.
I am looking for a new apartment to rent as I have to leave my current accommodation and I really found your apartment very beautiful and also a great location. I. am also willing to buy some furniture's at a fair price a
that you might be selling so that I don't need to get new ones.
Currently I speak very little German but I am learning. Please let me know if you are interested in renting me your place.
I also have a student assistant contract in case the landlord wants some guarantee.
