ich bin eine ruhige Studentin, die nach jahrelangem Wohnen im Wohneheim gern mehr Platz und Ruhe hätte. Ich brauche Ruhe zum Lernen und möchte einen kurzen Weg zur Uni und oder zum Stadtzentrum haben.
Die Wohnung sollte Küche, Dusche und Bad haben.
