Bin Student im 2. Semester und suche eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung nicht weit der RWTH(max. 10 min zu Fuß).
Warmmiete sollte nicht mehr als 350€ betragen, außerdem sollte das Bad sauber sein.
Darüberhinaus sollte das Kochfeld über genügend Leistung verfügen, da ich gerne koche. Ein Balkon wäre wünschenswert.
