I need to hire an apartment in long term from 1/10/2011 (price max is 290 eu/month)

I'm Hoang Nguyen, a student in RWTH Aachen.

I need to hire an apartment (including bathroom and kitchen) from 1/10/2011 until the end of my master course.

The distance from the apartment to RWTH should be less than 7 km and near a bus stop (in range of 400 m walking).

Please indicate that your apartment have washing machine or washing service, and the maximum price I could pay is 290 euro each month (including water and electricity). The internet connection could be established easily
