Hallo :)
Ich suche eine Wohnung in Aachen, notfalls auch zur Zwischenmiete, ab sofort. Am besten in Bahnhofsnähe (Rothe Erde wär ideal), aber das ist kein muss. Preisvorstellung ist bis 400€ warm.
Es wäre schön wenn bereits eine Küche dabei wäre, diese würde ich falls nötig auch selbstverständlich übernehmen. Ich bin ab dem 27 vor Ort und hätte somit auch kurzfristig Zeit für eine Besichtigung bzw Zusage.
