Looking for studio within 1.5km of PontstroBe 49, IKV,RWTH Aachen

I am an exchange student of IKV Institute of RWTH Aachen from China from Mar.1 to Jul.31.
I am looking for a studio, 280-430Euro,20-40 sq m,better German community,own separate kichten and bathroom, fully furnished,the cost should include all cost including water/eletricity/gas fee,internet fee,cleaning fee if have,etc.
Hope the house is very clean and comfortable, better with a balcony.it must have a comfortable bed with mattress.
It is better the house is convenient with supermarket,bus stop. Importantly, it should be in a peaceful and safe community.
