I want to rent a flat near the RWTH Aachen

I am a visiting scholar from china, and I am searching for a flat in Aachen. I
will go to the RWTH Aachen on Jan 5th,2015; And will stay there about 1 year. So I need
a rent a flat including basic living facilities, in the vicinity of the RWTH Aachen. I
heard that it is very cold in winter in Aachen, I think the heating should be essential.
And I like cooking, so the kitchen had better have certain equipment, so that I can
