Dear all,
I am interested in a flat, or a one room flat, with minimum size of 20 square meters and a maximum rent of 400/500 €, that is available from the first of November.
The flat should be furnished, with own bathroom, kitchen, and (preferably) a washing machine.
About me, I am an electronic engineer and I will be in Aachen as a visiting scholar with the E.ON Energy Research Center, University of Aachen. I am neat and very quiet. I do not smoke and do not have pets. I will arrive in Aachen the 25-th of October 2014.
Please, let me know if an accommodation similar to the one described above is available. In this case we could have a Skype and/or call and a meeting after my arrive in Aachen.
