Ich (Studentin, 21 Jahre, ruhig) suche kleine 1-bis 2-Zimmerwohnung mit Kochnische/Küche und mit Bad/Dusche im Zentrum Aachens ab ca.22 m². Miete(warm) bis ca 270 €.
Eine Waschgelegenheit oder ein Waschmaschinenanschluss wäre toll, ein Fahrradabstellplatz ebenfalls, sind aber nicht Bedingung.
