Hallo, ich suche eine Wohnung für mein Patenkind, einen 18-jahre jungen Mann aus Syrien. Er ist anerkannter Flüchtling und kann noch nicht so gut deutsch, so dass ich Ihm bei allem Organisatorischen helfe. Er macht zur Zeit Abitur und möchte danach studieren. Die Miete wird vom Job-Center bezahlt. Die Wohnung darf bis zu 45 qm groß sein und maximal 380 € kosten (Warmmiete).
Ich bin vollzeit als Bauingenieurin tätig und bereit eine Bürgschaft zu übernehmen.
