Looking for apartment for a single student on short or long term

I am a 24 year old student from India, coming to study at FH Aachen, masters in International Automotive Engineering for 1.5 years. I am looking for a flat or 1 room studio flat with own bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette from september/october 2015 preferably till 2017. If the apartment is close to FH Aerospace department or in South Aachen area then it will be great otherwise fine.

My budget is 300 to 460 Euros including heating, water and electricity. Size minimum 20 sq m. and some type of facility for washing and drying clothes. The apartment should be partly furnished or fully furnished.

I am a non-smoker, clean and a very friendly person. I know English, basic German B1 and Hindi languages.
