Hallo! Ich bin eine 18-jährige Studentin der RWTH Aachen (Medizin) und suche eine Wohnung in der Stadt Aachen. Die Warmmiete hoffe ich wird maximal 270 Euro pro Monat sein. Ich habe vor, alleine zu wohnen, deswegen hätte ich lieber eine Einzelwohnung.
