Easygoing RWTH Student Looking for an Apartment

Hi, my name is Nianlong GU. I major in Communications Engineering at RWTH. I have live in Aachen for a year and I really enjoy the life in this beautiful city!

Since the current flat where I'm living is a short-term renting, which will expire on September 2017, I need to find another 1-room-apartment or shared flat to live in. I hope that the location is close to RWTH Aachen or there are bus stations nearby. The renting fee is around 300-350EUR per month. An apartment with a small bathroom couldn't be better! I hope I can find a long-term renting. Of course, a short-time renting with good price is also acceptable :-D

I am an easygoing person. In my spare time, I like to watch movies, read novels and do some exercise. I do not smoke. I like to clean my room regularly, because I think this is important for our health. I believe I can have a good time with my neighbors.

hallo, mein Name ist Nianlong GU. Ich studiere Kommunikationstechnik an der RWTH Universität. Jetzt lebe ich ein Jahr in Aachen, und ich liebe die schöne Stadt!

Da die Wohnung, wo ich wohne, am 09.2017 ausläuft, muss ich eine weitere 1-Zimmer-Wohnung oder eine Wohngemeinschaft finden. Ich hoffe, dass die Lage in der Nähe der RWTH liegt oder Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Die Miete ist ca. 300-350EUR pro Monat. Eine Wohnung mit einem kleinen Bad ist besser! Ich hofe, dass ich eine Langzeitiete finden kann. Natürlich ist eine Kurzzeitmiete mit gutem Preis auch akzeptabel :-D

In meiner Freizeit wurde ich gerne Filme schauen und Romane lesen. Übrigens Ich rauche nicht. Ich glaube, dass ich eine gute Zeit mit meinen Nachbarn haben kann.
