An easygoing boy is looking for a room in Aachen

Hello, I am Lix Liao, an exchange student from National Taiwan University to RWTH Aachen University.
I will arrive Aachen on 25.08.2016.

I am finding a 1-room-apartment to live during my exchange period in Aachen (25.08.0216 - 28.02.2017). It will be wonderful if the location is close to RWTH Aachen University so that I can ride a bike or even go there on foot. The rental fee I expect is about 250~350 EUR per month (Warmmiete). A room with a small bathroom is awesome, but shared bathroom is OK as well.

I can speak a little German and Japanese but English and Chinese are preferred.
I have no bad habits and keep regular hours. Even, I get used to cleaning my room almost on daily basis.
My hobbies include reading books, watching dramas, and even going to travel. I go to gyms twice a week and play volleyball and table tennis in my spare time. So it is welcome if my neighbors or my landlord (^o^) would like to do these exercise with me ~~
