Student Accommodation Required

I am an international student from New Delhi, India. I have been admitted to MSc. program in Electrical Power Engineering at RWTH Aachen University. I am looking for a place to stay during the duration of the course. My preference would be a furnished single room apartment but I am comfortable with shared apartment as long as my flatmate is a non-smoker and keeps a hygienic environment. Also he/she shouldn't be too noisy. I, myself, is a calm person who likes to have a quiet time to study and think. Besides the basic utilities( electricity, gas, bathroom, kitchen etc), I also need internet facility. The total rent including basic rent, utilities and additional costs must not exceed 300 Euros.
