Long term, quiet

I am studying Master program in Physics at RWTH, and I am living in Aachen for 3 weeks now in a Hostel. As a result, I would like to find a place immediately. I read a lot and I need a quiet place to study and live. Also, I am a quiet person too, I don't play any musical instruments and I don't have a pet. I am looking for a new apartment or a good old one, furnished with bed, desk, kitchen, bathroom!
The rent including the bills will be preferable (warm rent~400euro). A Gas central heating would be nice!
I don't care about TV, but, I want to have internet connection for my studies!
Important: I would like to stay away from a neighbour that might play music or organizing home parties!
the above will distract me from my studies.
