One room apartment preferably in a central location

I am currently pursing my 3rd semester in M.sc Simulation sciences in RWTH Aachen. I am 23 years of age and I am from India. The primary reason why I am looking for an alternative accommodation is to have privacy and be subjected to a more peaceful and less noisy environment to credit to my education which has been my primary motivation to come here. I do not play loud music in the apartment, nor smoke or drink alcohol. On weekdays I am mostly committed to my work as a HiWi and my studies and on weekends I usually go for a hike alone or with some friends or watch some movies at home. Also in the mornings, I go for a jog before my work, and try to keep myself healthy and fit. I would assure you that I will pay rent and other utility cost within time and keep the house neat and clean. Unfortunately I only speak a little german but I hope I will get better at it. I had learnt French for four years but have lost touch in conversation. My cooking skills have been complemented by my friends, the credits rest to my parents. I am planning to pursue my doctorate in Aachen if everything goes on well. I would request you to give me an appointment if you find me as a suitable candidate for the apartment.
