Looking for a studio apartment in Zentrum or near University

I am Saarthak Choudhury I am an international student and will studying Data Analytics and Decision Science at RWTH Aachen University Business School. I joined University of Paderborn,Germany in the winter 2018 but due to some complications with the university I left that university and have taken a new admission over here. I stayed in Germany for eight months mainly in Vallendar and Paderborn currently I am in India until my semester starts in RWTH Aachen. I will be coming back to Germany in the month of September 2019 and would like to rent the apartment for 2 years. I would prefer if the apartment is close by to bus stops and supermarkets( REWE oder Real).
I am 23 years old and I do not smoke but I do like to go out for drinks with friends once in a while. I am not a party person so do not expect parties to be thrown on weekends at the house.Currently I am trying to speak Deutsch. Also, I would be cooking once in a day if I have classes otherwise twice if I do not have any classes on that particular day. Also take photography as a hobby.
It would be nice if you can share some more photographs of the room or give a room tour to me via skype.
Please do let me know if you are interested in handing over the house to me.
