Looking for an apartment for a student

I’m going to be exchange students at RWTH Aachen university in the next two semesters. I’m looking for a an apartment which is suitable for one student. I come from China and I am in the last year of my undergraduate program. Hopefully the rent is within 500€ per month. An apartment near the university is most ideal for me. It would be great if the apartment is newly furnished and has essential furniture and electrical appliances. Unfortunately, because I won’t be in Germany until late September, I won’t be able to attend any house tours. Thanks for your understanding.Even though I am going to arrive in Aachen in late September, I am willing to pay the rent for whole September. If you need some kind of assurance, just say it and I will try to get it for you just to make you feel secure. I truly appreciate your offer !
