Looking for a Flat in Aachen near RWTH if possible

My name is Luis Felipe Casas, I am 23 years old and come from Honduras. I studied Mechatronics engineering in my home country and now I will start my master's (Robosys) at RWTH Aachen University. I am new to the German language but can easily speak English and Spanish. I am looking for a flat near the university or near a train/bus stop in Aachen that doesn’t take too long to get to the university (20 minutes maximum). I am looking for a furnished flat with at least a bed, a desk and with a bathroom. I am very clean and organized, I like having a clean apartment and put the time to have one. I am very passionate about my career and spend a lot of time studying. I value hygiene and good health; I do not smoke. I like meeting new people from around the world and learning about different cultures. I would like to arrange a visit to the apartment.
