Looking for a short term WG or studio

Hi there,

I have arrived to Aachen recently to work on a 3 months engineering contract at Philips. Currently I live in airbnb but I'm looking for a more permanent home during my stay.

My ideal place is:
- ideally 30-50m2 (as I'm alone so I'm completely fine with a 40m2 one room flat)
- furnished
- at least some basic appliances
- good internet connection (need that for the work)
- good free parking
- preferably very quiet (I dont mind at all if its not in the city center)
- reasonably close to Philpstrasse in Aachen (so hopefully within 15-20m commuting time by car)
- Renting period: 01 OCT 2019 - 31 DEC 2019 (the project most likely will be extended until march, but thats not yet confirmed so I'm aiming until the end of the year.)
- Pricewise, my top is around 850-900€/month with everything included although obviously the cheaper the better

About me:
- 40 years old male, holding an electrical engineering degree
- Hungarian/EU citizen
- non smoker
- no pets (although I love animals)
- Friendly and willing to explore things, but pretty quiet at home (no rumbling whatsoever)
