Single room with attached kitchen near Super c

An individual room with inbuilt kitchen is available for full-time contract from January (move in date can be discussed). The shower and toilet are in the hallway, which is shared with other students. Rent- 280 euros + 50 euros(Storm*) + 8 euros(Wifi) including Nebenkosten (Gas/Möbel). The room is furnished with cot, study table, and wardrobe.
The shower / toilet is cleaned and sterilized once a week by a professional cleaner. In addition, the students themselves are very clean and careful with the use of the sanitary facilities.

Location :
Very good location for students. Everything is within walking distance. The university is in the immediate vicinity about 400 m from the house.
There is a Netto, Rewe, Asia Express Markt, Kiosk and Alnatura supermarket very close by. All shops (pharmacy, doctor, hairdresser, etc.) can be found in a 200-300m radius. The Aachen Schanz and West Bahnhof is only a stone's throw away.

Rommelsbacher oven, Curtains, and 32' inch Philips TV can be taken over for 90 euros.
