Ich bin ein Student (20 Jahre alt) , der in FH Aachen Studiert. Ich suche eine Wohnung absofort . Ich habe Ihren Angebot gesehen und hat mir gefallen , ich komme aus dem Oman und bekomme ein stabiler Gehalt , weil ich ein Stipendiat bin . Ich will 3 bis 4 Jahren in die Wohnung bleiben , wenn es geht. Ich habe keine Haustiere und bin kein Raucher .
