Ich suche für mich eine kleine Wohnung in Aachen.
Ich bin 67 Jahre alt, eine ruhige Mieterin, Nichtraucherin, beziehe Rente und Wohngeld. Für eine Kaution und Renovierung habe ich Ersparnisse. Ein Schufabonitätsscheck ist vorhanden.
Ich bin alleinstehend. Kein Haustier. Kein Musikinstrument. Kein Auto.
